2. We schedule four 30-minute Skype or WhatsApp sessions over the month.
3. Between calls you get text coaching for 30 days — questions, phrase tweaks, outfit checks, boundary scripts, schedule notes.
4. You apply the changes on shift and we adjust in the next call.
